Wyoming is a western state of the United States defined by vast plains and the Rocky Mountains. The famous Yellowstone National Park, a recreation area of about 3,500 square kilometers of wilderness, has hundreds of animal species, spectacular canyons and alpine rivers. The park’s fountain geysers include the iconic Old Faithful. To the south are the Cross Country Ski Area, the wooded trails and the Grand Teton National Park, known for its Snake River.
